about traditional medicine
Traditional Tibetan and Mongolian medicine takes a holistic approach to wellbeing, looking beyond symptoms to understand the deeper patterns within the body and mind.
Rather than focusing on quick fixes, it works to restore balance through a combination of personalized guidance, including diet, lifestyle, herbal support, and external therapies. Dietary recommendations are tailored to your individual constitution, helping to bring the body back into balance through appropriate nourishment. Lifestyle guidance focuses on creating supportive daily rhythms, that encourage long-term wellbeing.
Herbal support is used to gently restore harmony within the body, drawing on traditional knowledge of natural ingredients. External therapies, including hands-on and heat-based treatments, help to relax the body, support circulation, and encourage the body’s natural processes.
This approach recognises that each person is unique. Your constitution, environment, and daily habits all play a role in how you feel. By working with these factors, care is tailored to support your individual balance and overall sense of wellbeing.
Rooted in centuries of tradition, these practices are designed to support long-term vitality, resilience, and a more grounded connection to your health.
about me
I am a practitioner of traditional Tibetan and Mongolian medicine, providing consultations focused on identifying and addressing the root causes of imbalance. My clinical approach integrates traditional diagnostic methods with individualized treatment plans, including dietary guidance, lifestyle recommendations, and herbal medicine.
My training includes many years of study in Tibetan and Mongolian medical systems, with a focus on their diagnostic frameworks and therapeutic applications. This is supported by over a decade of apprenticeship within a traditional lineage, including ongoing training with the founder of Mother Tree Shamanism. This background informs a holistic understanding of health while remaining grounded in established traditional medical principles under continued guidance.
I have undertaken further study and field experience in Nepal, Mongolia, and China, working alongside traditional practitioners to deepen my clinical knowledge and practical skills.
I am based in the Midlands, England, and offer traditional medicine consultations both in person and online to clients across the UK.
